 A Hollywood photo agency is suing Perez Hilton.com's Mario Lavandeira for copyright infringement over some photos used on his Los Angeles-based Web site.Seven of Tinseltown's top photo agencies have threatened to sue the popular celebrity-skewering site PerezHilton.com for allegedly stealing their pictures, a spokesman for the shutterbugs said last night.
"Perez claims he is making a fortune off exploiting pictures taken by photographers. He blatantly violates copyright and makes advertising revenues off other people's works."
I'll admit, I wasn't too motivated to work earlier this week and spent a lot of time surfing the Net for the bizarre and sometimes musical. Though it falls under the Too Much Time On Someone's Hands category, it is nonetheless brilliant.PerezHilton.com'c report on britney: The singer's manager says Spears, who recently made headlines for a round of hard partying, wasn't drunk but just tired when she conked out shortly after leading the New Year's countdown in a Las Vegas nightclub early Monday morning.
"By about 1 o'clock, she was just done, so we took her out," Larry Rudolph tells the Associated Press. "She was not drunk. She was just tired and falling asleep."
